Position Overview:
Yonah Properties is looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO Executive with a strong passion for real estate and a proven track record of successfully developing and executing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in optimizing digital content, monitoring SEO performance, and driving organic traffic growth through effective search engine optimization tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of property listings, blog posts, and landing pages across search engines.
Content Optimization:
Optimize website content including property descriptions, blog articles, and landing pages for maximum visibility and engagement.
Keyword Research:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify trends and opportunities, and optimize content accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor website performance and track SEO metrics.
On-site and Off-site SEO:
Perform on-site and off-site SEO analysis to evaluate and enhance the site's competitive positioning.
Link Building:
Develop and implement an effective link-building strategy to improve website ranking.
Stay Current with Trends:
Keep up to date with the latest changes in Google's algorithm and SEO best practices.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Communicate SEO project developments, strategies, timelines, and results with team members and management.
Website & Content Maintenance:
Regularly optimize and update website content, ensuring it adheres to SEO best practices.
SEO Tools Proficiency:
Leverage SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to perform site audits and drive SEO improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience in real estate or related fields (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Understanding of SEO techniques such as keyword research, on-page SEO, and link building.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and strategy discussions.
Problem-solving:
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve SEO-related issues.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects efficiently.
Additional Skills:
Experience in website design, graphic design, or agency background is a plus.
