About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and strategic SEO Manager who has a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, increasing rankings, and optimizing websites to perform at the highest level. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead end-to-end SEO strategies, from technical audits to content planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own comprehensive SEO strategies for both internal and client projects.
Lead detailed technical SEO audits and oversee implementation with development teams. o Conduct deep keyword research and market analysis to uncover new ranking opportunities.
Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, headings, internal links, and structured data. o Manage off-page SEO, including backlink outreach, link-building campaigns, and domain authority growth.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-impact, search-optimized content.
Analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others. o Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
Report on KPIs, ROI, and insights with clarity and strategic recommendations.
Train and guide junior SEO specialists or contractors as needed.
