Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
Manage off-page SEO activities including link-building campaigns, outreach, and brand mentions.
Perform detailed technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix technical issues.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Create detailed reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Mentor and support junior SEO executives and collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies for new product launches or website migrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO concepts.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO.
Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, dev, marketing).
Ability to handle website migrations, audits, and recovery from penalties.
