The ideal candidate will have5 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO, with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies in both B2B and B2C environments. The SEO Lead will be responsible for technical SEO, link building, and overall SEO strategy execution for ANSR & Talent 500.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for ANSR & Talent500.
• Review & Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve user experience.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including website audits, optimization, and page load time/scores, crawl audits etc. Should be well versed with Wordpress implementation and other aspects of Technical SEO like crawl budget optimization, schema and .
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
• Drive link building campaigns to increase domain authority and improve search visibility.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and link building.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Consoles etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
