We're seeking an experienced

Senior SEO and Social Media Manager

to lead our digital marketing initiatives and guide our creative team. In this in-person role at our Kochi office, you'll oversee SEO strategy, manage social channels, and collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement advanced SEO strategies to boost organic reach and improve rankings. Manage, grow, and optimize Luminefy's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members. Oversee content planning, performance tracking, and campaign optimization. Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and link-building strategies. Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for management. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools.

Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in SEO and social media management. Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital strategies. Strong command of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Experience managing cross-functional teams and content workflows. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
