SEO Specialist

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to support our growing SEO team. If you're passionate about search, skilled in both on-page and off-page optimization, and eager to work with high-impact brands -- this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance. Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and content gap assessments to support campaign goals. Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, URL structure, and internal linking. Support technical SEO efforts by identifying crawl issues, broken links, and site performance concerns. Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital assets. Contribute to link building and outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority. Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure consistent performance improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:

3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or digital-first environment. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools. Good understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization. Basic knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, indexing, and Core Web Vitals. Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A data-driven mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in the SEO domain.
