The VSI department in Pearson VUE interface with internal staff, test centre staff and sponsors to investigate and report compliance within the Pearson VUE Testing Channel. The appointed individual will be responsible for managing global program, improve process efficiency and ensure test centres adhere to the minimum agreed standards of quality and security as prescribed by Pearson VUE and its clients. Key Responsibilities All employees have a responsibility to co-operate in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, and to take reasonable care of their own health and safety at work and that of all other staff that may be affected by their acts or omissions. Line managers have specific responsibility for the health and safety of their direct reports and other team members for which they have general management responsibility. All employees are also responsible for supporting and implementing the company\'s policies and procedures around the Health and Safety, Security, Quality and Business Continuity arrangements that apply in their role/work function. Supporting the lead point contact in all security matters specific to the client in your region and/or business area of responsibility. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Be a strategic analyst with focus on identifying new/emerging security trends and patterns in your business area through extensive research and planning. And subsequently predict potential security threats, their outcomes and anticipate issues that may affect the current test centre environment. Determine the most efficient way to use security tools and resources to achieve strategic goals while delivering desired end results Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders for communicating strategy and presenting monthly dashboard Identify areas of opportunities and take initiatives to improve process efficiency. Ensure that security standards are maintained and that security objectives are being met or exceeded. Be an expert spokesperson to all internal parties, to raise internal awareness and mindshare of the quality message. Proactively own the effective resolution of security issues Develop, maintain and communicate efficient security processes to relevant parties. Work under minimum supervision and act as an escalation point for global project, work with the vendor and channel quality to resolve issues. Proactively work on improving the security control via new internal processes as well as new external security awareness measures. Highlight any additional opportunities and possible quality, security or Health & Safety trouble areas to the reporting manager. Key Activities Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics Take initiative in analyzing the new trends tactically using available resources and security tools to prevent potential fraud and avert risk at test centre level. Consistently review and evaluate your strategy through strategic reviews with line manager Understanding control structure at site\'s management level. Highlight and share areas of opportunity to the site, periodically educating and training the site management on best practices. Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately Time bound investigation of test centers. This may include usage of AI tools, web-based and market research. Random audits to check adherence/compliance to quality and security parameters while maintaining high level of site performance . Flag sites based on current and new trends and to investigate these sites. Primarily focus on prevention of fraud Work on various global security projects to monitor security standards at testing centres in your business area through video monitoring, eye glass inspection, remote surveillance etc Investigating flagged test centers as per defined process and reporting key observations to the reporting manager. Closely work with manager in supporting new global projects/initiatives. Closely monitor target achievement and budgetary expenses. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports indicating performance. Provide input for the Channel newsletter. In conjunction with your Team, discuss and decide on how to improve the Integrity shop program and to make it more robust and inclusive. Work with global vendor and global channel security/quality for implementing various process improvements. Proactively provide ideas to improve security processes and procedures to enhance quality and security standards at test centers. At all times, throughout all tasks, request support, guidance and assistance as required from colleagues and manager. Effective and timely completion of objectives, reviews, reporting and accurate administration as required by manager. Continual Improvement. Essential Experience & Qualifications Very Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and associated packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Internet packages. Vocational experience in a similar environment. Ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure a high level of accuracy in documentation and data. Ability to take responsibility for actions, a self-starter who can work well in a dynamic environment. Prioritization skills and experience of dealing with multiple projects in a structured way. Experience in a customer facing environment, where ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is essential. Ability to establish rapport and deal with people at varying levels, both internally and externally. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work in a team structure. Desirable Experience & Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related fields Should have a minimum of 3-5 year work experience. Working Arrangements Some travel may be required.
