Ensure architectural compliance with standards such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 etc. Lead architecture reviews, gap analyses, and internal/external audit support Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and reference architectures Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects, engineers, and analysts Contribute to security awareness and training programs across the organization You will bring Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including few years in a dedicated architecture or leadership role Deep expertise in security frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK), architecture methodologies , and regulatory compliance Hands-on experience with security in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of enterprise networks, applications, data protection, and identity management. Strategic thinking and risk-based decision-making Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities Project and Change Management
