Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics educator to join our senior secondary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the CBSE senior secondary math curriculum and a proven track record of preparing students for board exams and higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Mathematics to students of Grades 11 and 12 (CBSE board). Prepare lesson plans in alignment with CBSE guidelines and school pedagogy. Guide students in problem-solving, critical thinking, and application-based learning. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain academic records. Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance exams (e.g., JEE Main, CUET). Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary and co-curricular activities. Attend school events, PTMs, and training workshops as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Mathematics or a related field (Required) B.Ed. in Mathematics or equivalent teaching qualification (Mandatory) Master's degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Mathematics (Preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and evaluation patterns Strong communication and classroom management skills

Desirable Skills

Experience with smart classroom tools and online teaching platforms Ability to prepare students for national-level exams (JEE, CUET, Olympiads) Passion for innovative pedagogy and active learning methods Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
