Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Economics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments. Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and economic reasoning among students. Evaluate and monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain academic records. Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments. Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and real-world case studies. Organize academic events like economics quizzes, seminars, and group discussions. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher interactions. Maintain a conducive classroom environment that supports learning and discipline. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and teaching strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's Degree in Economics (essential); B.Ed. (preferred/required as per board norms). Minimum

3-5 years

of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Familiarity with [CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board] curriculum. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proficient in using technology and smart classroom tools.
