Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Booking cargo space, arranging for cargo pickup, and coordinating shipment movement. Preparing export declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents. Tracking shipments and providing status updates to clients. o Communicating with customers, carriers, vendors, and other partners. Handling customs clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations with internal customs clearance team. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce costs. Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing expert advice. Coordinate with overseas agents for pricing requirements and assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) submissions. Support the sales team with technical knowledge of sea freight services and pricing strategies. Resolve any operational issues that may arise during shipment handling and liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
