As part of the core platform team your job would be to help shape the future of this platform. Using GenAI coding agents we achieve rapid development pace in our delivery cycle. Now we aim to optimise QA cycles to match the pace of our development cycle. Your job would be to use latest technologies and GenAI tooling to create a QA automation framework that keeps pace with the development cycles. We are looking to find ways to utilise genAI based tooling for automated test discovery, test case generation, and automated validation of platform features.
In this role you are expected to do R&D to figure out novel ways of using GenAI technologies to deliver end-to-end QA automation for Eureka platform. This will involve automation for smoke, sanity, regression, integration, compatibility and end-to-end testing. Identification and implementation performance/load and security tests.

About the Team

We have a small and dynamic team consisting of highly efficient engineers who works in a collaborative-frictionless environment. We intend to keep the team size small as we prioritize efficiency over size. We heavily use GenAI based development approach to delivery 10x delivery efficiency. As part of this team, you will get to learn not only the latest technologies but also the way of working that is evolving to be in sync with the best in the industry

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in software testing and/or software quality assurance. Good proficiency in a programming language (preferably Python) Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Hands on of Performance Or Load Test by using Tools such as Locust,K6,Gatlin,Jmeter,Postman Good knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) Big Data Experience would be a great asset (Apache Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg) Knowledge on LLMs/Prompt Engineering would be highly preferable
