About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for Software Development Engineer tobuild scalable software systems that are high-performance, highly available,highly transactional, low latency and massively distributed. As part of a crossfunctional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environmentdelivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate businessimpact.


You need to take the challenges and ownership that comeswhile developing a complex system. You should also be a team player with aknack for visual design and utility.

What Will You Do in this Role

Develop object-oriented models and design data structuresfor new software projects and implement business logic and data models with asuitable class design. Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, anddebugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the establishedprocesses. Recommend software solutions to emerging needs in bankingfunctionality and report ability. Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliverquality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things. Demonstrate good learnability and adopt technologies thathelp build large scale, performant, reliable and sustainable systems. Collaborating with peers and architects on all elements ofthe development process.

What You'll Need to be Successful in this Role

B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or anyequivalent degree. Technical Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, SpringMVC,SpringRESTAPIs,SpringSecurity,JSP,Webapplication,MSSQL Server, Redis,Oauth2,jQuery. Excellent coding skills with strong competencies inData Structures, algorithms and their space-time complexities. Good problem-solving skills, coupled with strong analyticalthinking and communication. Excellent debugging skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical requirements. Working knowledge of architectures, trends, and emergingtechnologies. Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle. Multi-tasking,prioritizing/ effective time management and eye for detail would be key skillsrequired for this role. Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Flexibility andadaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Previous experiencein Banking or Fintech or related field is a plus.
