Role Summary
Lead Peptide Characterization
Key Responsibilities

• Characterization of peptides and small molecules with Liquid Chromatography and High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) for structural elucidation, impurities profiling.
• Method development and validation on Circular Dichroism, Intrinsic Spectrofluorometer, Capillary Electrophoresis for peptides.
• Impurities profiling and characterization of peptides impurities, small molecules with LC-HRMS and tandem mass spectrometry.
• Planning and execution of sameness study for peptides as per FDA guidelines
• Preparation of Sameness study report and Characterization reports for Peptides for regulatory filing.
• Guide team members and resolve issues in method development.
• Co-ordinate well with Process team for smooth product development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Educational Qualifications
Required Education Qualification: Ph.D
Required Experience: 9 - 15 years
