Tasks and responsibilities
Warehouse Management :
- End-to-end Implementation Knowledge
- Picking and Putaway strategy
- Storage unit management, Physical Inventory and cycle counting procedures, Automation using output type.
- Experience in integration with these modules PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), MM-PUR (Purchasing), QM (Quality Management), PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Experience in Bar Code, RFID & Mobile Data Entry
- Techno- Functional integration knowledge, user exit, BADI
Materials Management :
- End-to-end Implementation Knowledge
- Purchasing process,
- Knowledge on Sub contracting &Vendor consignment process
- Inventory Management,
- Handling Unit Management
- Logistic Invoice verification
- Inbound , Outbound process
- Knowledge on IDOC, RFC process
- Experience in Third party Integration.
General :
- Produce operational documentation to describe the procedures required to run the customized functionality.
- Assist in creating test scripts, execution and coordination with LOB
- Assist in change management activities such as end user training and end user training material development including release notes and similar information to secure proper use of the application.
- Assist in resolution of Incident and problem management processes, where e.g. subject-matter expertise is required.
- Participating in small and big projects in development, testing and implementation phases
- Customize SAP FI/CO to provide the required functionality for IT services and to have a continuous Improvement to support Novozymes business growth.
Expert in SAP FI/CO sub modules,
GL,AP,AR,AM,CCA,CO-IO.
Very good knowledge in material ledger & product costing, Treasury and Project system will be an added advantage
Expertise in FI-MM, FI-SD integration. And overview of MM & SD modules process flow.
Ensure that prioritized RFCs in a sprint cycle are delivered on time and meets customer expectations.
Produce operational documentation to describe the procedures required to run the customized functionality.
Produce end user documentation, describing how to use the newly developed or existing functionality if applicable.
Assist in development of test scripts and documentation as well as execution of test's
Assist in Change management activities such as end user training and end user training material development including release notes and similar information to secure proper use of the application
Assist in resolution of Incident and problem management processes, where e.g. subject-matter expertise is required
Have an eye on continuous improvement opportunities of internal process and supporting tools (e.g. Solution Manager)
Participating in small and big projects in development, testing and implementation phases.
Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution to identify the root cause of problem and major incidents.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate should have a Master degree in commerce or CA/ICWAI/ MBA Finance
SAP Certification in SAP FI/CO module will be an added advantage
