Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant (RCM & RMK)
Location: Pan India
Shift: European shifts (1 PM to 10 PM IST)
Contract Duration:15th Dec 2025 to 15th June 2026
Experience Required: 5+ years overall, with at least 3 4 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK), including multi-country implementations and support. Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations is mandatory
Job Summary
The consultant will be part of end-to-end implementation and support for SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules across multiple geographies. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration

• Full-cycle implementation of RCM and RMK modules.
• Configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate profiles, offer templates, and recruiting settings.
• Manage multi-country compliance, including GDPR and local data privacy laws.
• Testing & Training

• Develop and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and support UAT.
• Deliver training sessions for HR and recruitment teams.
• Support

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing implementations.

Required Skills & Certifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting Management (RCM) Recruiter and Candidate experience.
• Additional certifications in Employee Central or Onboarding are a plus.
• Strong understanding of XML templates, provisioning setup, and integration with RMK.
• Ability to work in European time zones and manage global stakeholders.
