Requirement:

Working knowledge on S/4 PP functionality Hands on experience in implementing

SAP PP

-

configuring and designing solutions

in the

production execution

process, preferably in

discrete

manufacturing.
+ Responsible for gathering requirements from customers + Designing custom solutions to fulfil requirements after fit-gap analysis
+ Working knowledge of planning functions in PP - Demand management, MRP, Capacity planning and scheduling
+ Working knowledge of variant configuration and engineering change management and how it influences manufacturing



Experience with MES solutions: Gathering inputs, designing and integrating with SAP/ERP + Well versed with concepts of a production line, line balancing, Takt based production, Andon, JIT, Kanban, shop floor quality control, FTT
+ Must have hands on experience supporting an environment integrated with an MES
+ Experience designing operator dashboards to support various activities performed by shop floor personnel



Good to have understanding of complementary modules like QM, MM, PM Overall experience of 8 to 10 years and expertise in shop floor execution (discrete manufacturing) preferably in the automobile industry Must have experience in supporting a technical team in the creation of custom enhancements in ERP for the shopfloor execution process: Custom function modules, programs, labels and prints Experience in customer facing discussions: Gathering requirements, modulating discussions, solution presentation Experience working as a part of a solution delivery team, preferably in an agile/sprint mode: Creating designs, specifications, unit testing, supporting UAT and go-live support Experience in run-time support. Handling production issues - investigation, resolution to closure in a timely manner
