Koch Capabilities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant, you will drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions as part of Koch Industries' global Supply Chain Management team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative technology solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with international teams and contributing to the growth of Koch Capability Center (KCC) in India.

You will join the Supply Chain Management team, which supports Georgia-Pacific, a subsidiary of Koch Industries. What You Will Do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional SAP PP/QM solutions. Configure and customize SAP PP & QM modules, set up master data, and implement core processes such as MRP, production order management, capacity planning, and quality management. Ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PM) and support MES connectivity. Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP implementations and upgrades, conduct gap analysis and fit-to-standard sessions. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and test plans; coordinate testing and user acceptance. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide day-to-day support. Train end-users, deliver workshops, and mentor junior consultants. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to post-go-live support.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline. 5-9 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management). Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes. Practical experience with S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and SAP Activate methodology. Proven integration skills with ECC and S/4HANA modules in logistics and production. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience leading full-cycle SAP PP/QM implementations, particularly in S/4HANA environments. Deep expertise in configuring advanced PP and QM processes, master data management, and integration. Exposure to MES integration and supporting digital manufacturing projects. Experience conducting workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and mentoring junior team members. Commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement in SAP solutions.
