Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:


+ Extensive experience in SAP PM with hands-on involvement in implementations, upgrades, and support projects in calibration or QM knowledge.
+ Experience in SAP Configuration, Functional Specifications and Testing cycles.
+ Knowledge SAP systems, ABAP code understanding for debug purposes, integration infrastructures and middleware.
+ High level of understanding of the latest SAP Fiori architecture.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate efficiently with technical experts and business stakeholders, translating business needs into solutions.
+ Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management including their data models, technical functions and methods. Knowledge in Quality Management.
+ 5+ years of experience in a global enterprise, delivering ERP solutions in transformational projects with practical experience with tools like SAP Fiori, SAP Mobile Asset Management, SAP IoT services, and advanced analytics.
+ Knowledge of relevant industry standards related to asset management and quality, such as ISO 55001, TQM, or Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail while managing projects in fast-paced environments.
+ Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance global master data, Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders and preventive Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment Process.
+ Experience in dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Warehouse (SAP EWM), Production, Quality Management, Finance and other external systems.
+ 3+ years of hands on experience in delivering SAP cloud-based solutions in the area of EAM.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills in large multinational enterprise as well as experience in delivering products in agile environment.
+ Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
+ Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
+ Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.


Preferred Experience:


+ Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities, or asset-intensive businesses.
+ Knowledge of the process of instrument calibration
+ Experience delivering SAP PM/QM rollouts in large-scale global organizations or multi-site environments.
+ Familiarity with emerging SAP and non-SAP solutions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Predictive Models for maintenance and quality.
+ Knowledge and experience in Solman.


Education and Certifications:


+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ SAP certifications in PM/QM and/or SAP S/4HANA are highly preferred.
