Role Overview

We're seeking an SAP developer with strong

Adobe Forms (SFP)

expertise and S/4HANA technical know-how, aligned with

Clean Core

. You will build new, modern forms end-to-end with a thin SFP layout on top of a tested ABAP service/DTO layer using

released CDS views/APIs

.

No legacy SmartForms / SAPscript maintenance

is part of this role. Experience with

S/4HANA Output Management (BRF+)

is a

plus

for potential future adoption, but not required today.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement

Adobe Forms (SFP)

for FI/CO and SD (dynamic tables, i18n, master pages, styles).


Build the

ABAP OO data-preparation layer

(service/DTO) based on

released CDS views/APIs

; keep business logic out of the form.


Ensure

Clean Core

: no modifications,

ABAP Cloud

compliance, package layering, dependency checks.


Run

ATC

checks, apply

Clean ABAP

, write unit tests, and document solutions.


Collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into upgrade-safe technical designs.


Establish form governance (templates, assets, naming conventions) and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of

Adobe Forms (SFP)

development in

S/4HANA

.


Strong

ABAP OO

and

CDS

skills; proven

Clean Code/Clean ABAP

practices.


Familiarity with

ATC

and SAP extensibility guidelines; upgrade-safe development.


Experience with transports (CTS+/gCTS), package setup, and modular design.


Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and clear technical documentation.

Nice to Have

BRF+ Output Management

(OPD, decision tables, channels) for future adoption.

RAP/OData

for Fiori preview or external consumption (not required for form rendering).


E-invoicing/compliance (PDF/A, XRechnung/ZUGFeRD, Peppol) and accessibility (PDF/UA).


CI/CD for ABAP, automated ATC baselines, Git-based transports.
