Hi,

We are looking for a Male candidate for Sales Manager position for a high end residential scheme located in Shilaj.

The experience should be in 1-3 crore ticket size.

They should have knowledge of the surroundings and real estate high end sales.

The responsibilities include:-

Core responsibilities

Sales strategy and planning

: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and drive revenue growth.

Team leadership

: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Client relationship management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Performance analysis

: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategies.

Forecasting and reporting

: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance goals, and detailed reports for senior management.

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to align efforts and ensure successful outcomes.
Additional duties

Manage sales budgets and operations. Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients. Participate in closing strategic deals and negotiating with clients. Provide input for product development based on customer feedback. Ensure sales activities are compliant with company policies and regulations.
