The Opportunity
To be a part a part Cint's Salesforce Centre of Excellence in India
To play a major role in the evolution of the Salesforce products at Cint, building complex CPQ's, Orchestrations, native integrations.
Driving innovation for sales engagement, and success
Delivering AI bots to serve our customers better
Developing innovative solutions to complex problems over the entire customer lifecycle
Helping and supporting all business departments to use Salesforce to its full potential
The Team
You'll be joining the Strategy and Operations Org within Cint and be part of the Business technology team, made up of BI, NetSuite, Integration and Salesforce teams.
Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, the team is made up of two Product Managers, two Senior Salesforce Administrators, and ultimately three Developers.
The Salesforce team is almost entirely based in India, along with the Integrations team of 2.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deploy software used by internal and external users.
Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.
Work with senior and junior members of the the teams to deliver great solutions
Deputise for the Salesforce Technical Architect when unavailable
Work with business stakeholders to understand their issues and business processes
Support the Product Managers in estimation, and sprint planning to ensure that work is delivered on time and to story.
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a SFDC developer/engineer.
Strong APEX and SOQL knowledge
Hands-on experience with Lightning framework, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components
Proficient in JavaScript
Experience integrating external systems with Salesforce
Strong Admin background
Bonus Points If You Have
Understanding or have worked within complex software development environments
Worked with NetSuite/Finance processes
Worked with Databricks
