Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices. Lead and contribute to the development of enterprise-level architecture using modern frameworks like

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and secure code. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team. Drive the adoption of development best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Proactively identify technical issues and offer effective, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with

Sales Cloud

,

Service Cloud

, and Salesforce platform capabilities. Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture principles and design patterns. Hands-on experience with development frameworks such as

universal mocks

. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems. Prior experience in regulated or enterprise-scale industries.
