Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Lightning Pages Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce Aura and Salesforce Apex. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This role operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Pages to enhance user experience and functionality. Implement and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Utilize Salesforce Aura components to create dynamic and responsive applications. Write and optimize Salesforce Apex code to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Participate in the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce applications. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Document technical specifications and project-related information.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Pages Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce Aura and Salesforce Apex. Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. Show proficiency in writing clean efficient and maintainable code. Have a solid understanding of Salesforce data models and security practices. Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with day shifts. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
