Role Overview

The

Senior Salesforce Developer

will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in guiding junior developers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools. Customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements. Lead the technical design and development of complex Salesforce projects. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using APIs. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to junior developers. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Salesforce implementations. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4+ years of Salesforce development experience

with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Hands-on experience with

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ

. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and security model. Experience with

integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, SSO - Okta preferred)

. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
