Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer

with strong hands-on development skills and leadership experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and enterprise integrations.

Experience & Functional Expertise

Salesforce Platform & Core Clouds Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Salesforce Omnichannel Community Cloud Knowledge Base CPQ & Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) exposure Integration experience with ERP, Finance, and Marketing systems Conga Composer Agile delivery (Jira, backlog management) Leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams Project & technical leadership responsibilities Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, AI features)

Technical Skills

Salesforce Development:

Apex, Flows, LWC, scripting, SSJS

API Integrations:

REST & SOAP

Hands-on Salesforce configuration & solutioning Data Architecture & Data Modeling Middleware integration experience with

MuleSoft

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development Drive integrations across Salesforce and enterprise systems Mentor and guide development teams Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience delivering scalable Salesforce solutions
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
