Job purpose

As a Senior Salesforce Developer you be a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce applications. This individual will work closely with technical architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, advanced Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Main accountabilities and tasks

General Task

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and other integration tools. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Salesforce declarative features such as Validations, Formulas, Flow, and Salesforce Lightning Work with Technical Architects and Business Analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, and participate in the technical design and architecture process. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks on time Coordinate and support the release management process, including version control, deployment, and documentation of new features and functionality.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture, code, configurations, and user guides.

Debugging and optimizing implementations

Technical:

Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Application Architect,

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Integration tools (Talend, Data Loader, etc.), and AppExchange solutions

Familiarity with source control tools such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes

Experience working in Agile environments

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Essential - willingness to expand their knowledge of the above A globally acting company and working in international project teams 10 years in similar role

Education:

Level: Bachelor's degree Subject: computer engineering, computer science, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹317,782.14 - ₹1,442,618.88 per year
