Salesforce Developer (FSL)

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce developer with 4+ years of experience, who is anexpert in FSL (Field Service Lightning), especially in ESO (Enhanced scheduling andoptimization).

Required Skills:

o 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform.

o Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce ESO

o Strong knowledge of:

Scheduling Policies

II.

Work Rules (time windows, skill matching)

III.

Objectives (minimize travel, maximize SLA compliance)

IV.

Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Skills

o Experience with real-time, batch, and event-based optimization strategies

o Familiarity with Resource Absences, Capacity Planning, and Re-optimization scenarios

o Experience supporting ESO for mobile field users through the Salesforce Field Service

Mobile App

o Ability to simulate and test scheduling behaviors for various real-world field service

scenarios

o Good knowledge on Sales cloud and Service cloud

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to field operations and resource

management

o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
