We are looking for an experienced

Senior Salesforce Developer

to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce, a thorough understanding of its capabilities, and a proven ability to lead complex development initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to drive the success of Salesforce projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the development team in delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions while being hands-on developer Analyze application and system issues, providing recommendations and solutions independently Collaborate with teams to implement an agile development methodology Offer detailed application and code insights to development, testing, and business teams Engage with clients to understand requirements, debug issues, and discuss complex technical topics Troubleshoot application issues within intricate codebases across diverse customer environments Conduct code and Salesforce org reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices Partner with internal and client teams to facilitate strategic planning, roadmapping, and prioritization discussions Lead challenging client conversations, collaborating with Delivery Leadership as necessary Scope and support custom project deliverables during pre-sales engagements Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them across technical areas Advocate for delivery methodology improvements and drive their implementation with leadership Develop or identify reusable assets, such as business process templates, industry blueprints, and platform best practices, to enhance future project efficiency

Qualifications:

Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on coding Proficient in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript Expertise in declarative automation, system customization, and working with AppExchange packages Strong knowledge of integration patterns and techniques on the Salesforce platform Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and CSS Experience in applying architecture design concepts and object-oriented principles in project Skilled in refactoring and modernizing legacy configurations and code Competence in implementing and working with DevOps solutions Minimum of two Salesforce developer-focused certifications Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
