About the position:
Senior Salesforce Developer:
To support the growing demands of the India SFDC Product Team and ensure consistent delivery and system stability, we are looking to onboard a Senior Salesforce Developer. This role is critical to managing the increasing workload and will support key initiatives across product development, integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to handling dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across initiatives like AOP Feedback, Tableau Integration, and Territory Action Planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admin, Marketing, and Analytics for solution alignment and delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Take ownership of project timelines, task prioritization, and phased implementation planning.
• Work closely with the SFDC Product Owner to track progress using tools like Jira and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Serve as backup lead for critical activities including scrum master support, testing, and Jira process management during leadership absence.
• Remain flexible and responsive to ad-hoc development or configuration requests.

Basic Required:

• B.E./B.Tech (any field) OR BCA+MCA.
• 4-7.5 Years of experience to be considered.
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, SOQL).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and platform limits.
• Experience with integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
