We are looking for a

Senior Salesforce Developer

to join our team focused on Einstein Bots and Salesforce Data Cloud.


You will be responsible for building intelligent self-service solutions and integrating them with backend systems and service agents. This role involves developing flows, Apex classes, triggers, and custom integrations while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and security. Responsibilities

Build and configure Einstein Bots for intelligent self-service applications Integrate bots with backend systems and service agents to enhance client interactions Develop Salesforce flows, Apex classes, triggers, and custom integrations Implement data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation using Salesforce Data Cloud Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices related to coding, security, and platform limits Participate in agile and scrum development processes Utilize DevOps tools such as Git for version control and deployment management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality client solutions Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementations Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

Extensive experience in Salesforce development with 7 to 9 years of relevant work history Strong skills in Salesforce Apex programming Proficiency with Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion and segmentation Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations Familiarity with development of Einstein Bots or similar intelligent self-service solutions Background in agile and scrum methodologies Competency in using DevOps tools like Git for source control Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for coding, security, and platform limitations Ability to communicate effectively in English at a professional level
