Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of qualified leads shared by the Inside Sales/Lead Generation team.
Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their requirements in detail.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing documents tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process to ensure successful deal closure.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team to validate and align client requirements with solution offerings.
Maintain CRM with accurate updates on lead stages, proposal status, and closures.
Support the Account Executive team in the seamless handover of newly closed clients.
Provide regular pipeline updates, closure status, and reports to the Sales Manager.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Must have 04 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or sales closure roles (preferably in IT/technology solutions).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
