Customer service and sales:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting jewelry by providing detailed information on products, gems, and designs.

Sales targets:

Achieve individual and team sales goals and contribute to the showroom's revenue.

Transactions and record-keeping:

Process sales accurately using the POS system, handle payments, and maintain detailed sales and customer records.

Showroom and inventory management:

Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom by arranging displays and performing stock control duties.

Product knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, designs, and product knowledge, including gemology if applicable.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A diploma or certification in luxury retail, sales, or gemology is a plus.

Experience:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury, or premium lifestyle sector.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and a customer-oriented approach. Persuasive sales skills and a results-driven attitude. A keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Additional duties

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Participate in sales events and promotional activities. May be required to assist with minor repairs, cleaning, or gift wrapping.
