Position Overview

We are hiring a
Senior Regional Sales Head
with
7 to 15 years
of proven experience in
pesticide and agri-input sales
. The candidate must have deep exposure to the
Kongu belt
, including
Nilgiris, Erode, Salem, Tirupur, Coimbatore, and Dharmapuri
districts.
This is a
high-impact role
offering leadership in a rapidly growing agri-input company with a strong digital and field presence.
Requirements
----------------
Minimum
7 years
of field experience in
pesticides, bio-inputs, or agrochemical sales
Deep knowledge of
dealer/distributor networks
in Kongu and Nilgiris regions
Hands-on experience managing
sales targets, team building, and territory expansion
Must be willing to
travel across the region
Ability to work with
marketing, CRM, and soil test support teams
Strong communication, team handling, and negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits

Monthly CTC:
?35,000 to ?75,000 (based on experience)
