We are an Indian

Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) solutions provider

, developing and delivering solar-integrated building materials that replace conventional elements like roofs, facades, balconies, and other architectural surfaces. Our solutions work where traditional solar doesn't, and they are already being adopted by forward-thinking architects and developers.

We are in growth mode and are building a regional sales team that can take ownership and scale adoption of BIPV across key metro markets.

Role Overview


We are looking for senior sales professionals from the

building materials industry

who can independently drive BIPV solution sales in their assigned region. This is a high-ownership role in a startup environment where initiative matters more than hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities



Drive sales and business development for BIPV and advanced building-integrated solutions Leverage an existing network of

architects, developers, facade consultants, PMCs, and builders

Influence design and specification at early project stages Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Build and maintain a strong regional project pipeline Coordinate with internal design, technical, and execution teams

Eligibility & Requirements



6-10 years of proven sales experience in

building materials / construction products

(mandatory) Strong, active network with architects, developers, facade consultants, etc. Comfortable working in a

startup environment

and driving growth independently Education in

Civil or Electrical Engineering

MBA preferred, but experience in building materials is non-negotiable Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
