We are seeking a highly experienced Sales & Operations professional with
mandatory experience in handling Narcotic drug portfolios
along with Anaesthesia products. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of NDPS Act guidelines, controlled substance documentation, hospital sales management, and operational coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and ensuring full compliance across operations.
Anaesthesia and Narcotic drug product lines (mandatory experience)

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (anesthetists, surgeons), purchase heads, pharmacists, and institutional clients.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies.
Lead, mentor, and monitor junior sales executives.
Conduct high-level clinical discussions, product training, and negotiations for key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies and implement corrective actions.
Operations & Compliance Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete operational cycle: order processing, dispatch, delivery, and customer support.
Ensure
strict NDPS Act compliance
, including:
Handling and storage of Narcotic drugs
Maintaining mandatory registers and records
Verification of Form 3C/3D
Documentation for controlled substances
Compliance with audits and regulatory inspections
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate inventory, reduce expiries, and ensure audit-ready documentation at all times.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience specifically handling Narcotic drug portfolios.
Thorough knowledge of NDPS Act, controlled substances, and statutory documentation.
Proven field and operational experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributor management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc preferred).
Strong understanding of Anaesthesia and Critical Care product segments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
