Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
Market & Retail Expansion:
Grow market share by establishing beats, visiting retailers, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
Sales Achievement:
Meet primary & secondary sales targets, including SKU-wise and retailer penetration goals.
Team Management:
Build and lead a team of Sales Executives; set targets, plan beats, and drive performance.
Reporting & Inventory:
Track sales, market feedback, and manage distributor stock levels to avoid over/understocking.
Customer Support:
Address retailer/distributor concerns promptly.
Marketing Coordination:
Support product visibility and local promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience (FMCG preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Familiarity with local market and distributor network
Proficient in MS Excel
Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
