Company Description Tea Sense is a company dedicated to providing exceptional quality Teas procured directly from Tea Estates that are not available in the market. We carefully taste and select only a few teas to create blends that are rich in taste and aroma. Our main goal is to enable people to drink excellent quality Teas. We have all types of teas for both GT and MT channels and also Tea Gift Boxes for corporate and other gifting. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Officer role located in Pune. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations, including lead generation, channel sales, customer service, and effective communication with clients. He has to get into various channels like Modern Trade Store Chains and also GT channels. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate must have an exposure of sales and distribution in FMCG and/or tea industry Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 - 4 years\' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Proven ability to generate leads and close sales Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Understanding of the Tea industry is a plus Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project success Industry Food & Beverages especially tea industry
