Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new clients, architects, consultants, builders, and contractors involved in facade projects.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.

Sales Operations:

Prepare and present technical and financial proposals for facade projects.

Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for timely submission of quotations and tenders.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and upcoming facade projects.

Suggest strategies to improve company market share and brand visibility.

Coordination & Reporting:

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.

Maintain updated sales records, pipeline reports, and client communication logs.

Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) or Business Administration.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facade / aluminium & glass / construction industry sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in project-based environments.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good technical understanding of facade systems, aluminium & glass works.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new client acquisitions.

Sales revenue achieved vs. target.

Bid-to-win ratio.

Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.
