Promote and sell day-old chicks (broiler/layer) to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, poultry integrators, and distributors.
Ensure timely supply and delivery coordination of chicks.
Conduct farm visits to generate new leads and provide product awareness.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and demand trends.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales service.
Maintain proper sales records, customer data, and submit daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with the hatchery and logistics team to ensure proper planning and dispatch.
Educate customers about chick management, brooding practices, and biosecurity.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Agriculture / Veterinary Science / Animal Husbandry / Life Sciences (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in poultry sales (chicks, feed, or related). Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
