Position: Senior Sales Officer

A reputed and fast-growing FMCG organization is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Sales Officer

Job Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's dairy product business in the assigned territory. The role requires strong market knowledge, distributor handling experience, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Managing distributors, super stockists, and key retail accounts

Expanding market reach, outlet coverage, and product visibility

Monitoring secondary sales, stock levels, and product movement

Ensuring proper product placement, schemes, and promotional execution

Conducting regular market visits and collecting competitor intelligence

Coordinating with logistics and accounts teams for smooth supply and collections

Training, guiding, and motivating junior sales staff and field executives

Maintaining sales reports, MIS, and market feedback for management review

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Dairy / Food Processing companies

Mandatory experience in distributor and channel sales

Candidates should be target-oriented and market-focused

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of dairy products and cold-chain distribution

Leadership qualities with the ability to handle teams

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

Ability to work independently and deliver results

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ?35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

TA/DA: Provided as per company policy
