Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Manage key accounts, distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Lead, guide, and support junior sales executives and field staff
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and branding in the market
Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve issues promptly
