What would you be required to do?




Sales Operations Management:




Oversee the daily operations of the sales, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets.

Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.

P&L Accountability:




Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and product exclusivity.

Responsible for achieving sales targets consistently

Client Relationship Management:




Ensure to delivers exceptional customer service that reflects the company's brand image.

Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects etc ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners.

Reporting and Communication:




Provide regular updates to the Head on sales performance, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, sales trends, and P&L analysis.

Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization to support the sales team's goals and objectives.

Relationship Management:



Ensure the highest standards of customer experience are met throughout the sales process.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Represent the company at luxury industry events and maintain a visible presence in the premium home decor community

Who qualifies?



Education:

An MBA in related field

Experience:

Proven 5 plus experience as a executive within the luxury home

decor or related industry.

Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Skills:

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and forecasting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-end client

relationships.

* Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and other relevant tools to track performance
