Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote our solar energy solutions(inverter, UPS) and advanced battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on solar power systems and battery energy storage solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the renewable energy sector. Create engaging content for digital marketing, social media, product brochures, presentations, and website updates. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Organize industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote products and engage with potential customers. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, and media outlets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar power, or battery storage industries. Strong understanding of UPS, solar, Inverter and battery energy storage concepts. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:

Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation within the energy sector. Familiarity with energy regulations, sustainability standards, and market drive
