Job Title: Senior sales and marketing - Woven Sacks & Building Material PackagingLocation: Jaipur (open to travel across India and overseas)Reports To: Managing DirectorAbout the Company:It is a leading manufacturer of high-quality PP Woven Block Bottom Bags catering to the building materials sector, including cement and allied products. The group employs over 1,500 people (including 300+ contract staff) and has an annual turnover of approximately - 500 crores. The company manufactures around 50 million bags per month across facilities in India, the USA, and soon in the UAE.With 50% of its revenue generated from exports to markets such as the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, Alliance Polysacks is also expanding into North Africa and other key geographies including Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, and the GCC region.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a global sales and business development strategy for woven sacks and block bottom packaging.- Lead direct and channel sales across domestic and international markets, especially North Africa, the Middle East, the USA, and Oceania.- Build long-term strategic partnerships with major clients, distributors, and building material companies.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in allied packaging sectors.- Drive pricing, negotiations, and key account management to achieve revenue and profitability goals.- Coordinate with manufacturing teams in India, the USA, and UAE to ensure seamless supply chain execution.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide business planning.- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear performance metrics and goals.Qualifications and Experience:- 12-18 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales, preferably in woven sacks, flexible packaging, or related building material packaging sectors.- Strong exposure to international sales processes, exports, and distributor management.- Proven ability to lead sales teams and manage large-scale client accounts.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.- Willingness to travel frequently across domestic and international markets.
