Position Overview
We are seeking a
strategic and result-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead our national and regional sales operations and drive marketing excellence. This leadership role demands strong business acumen, the ability to develop high-performing teams, and deep knowledge of industrial equipment sales (preferably oil filtration or related heavy-engineering solutions). The ideal candidate will champion growth, nurture key accounts, and position Liasotech as a preferred partner for leading power, steel, iron, and chemical companies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute
long-term sales & marketing strategies
aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities across India.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews for the sales & marketing division.
Business Development & Key Account Management
Expand client base in
power, steel, iron, and chemical industries
, focusing on turnkey projects and AMC/ARC contracts.
Negotiate high-value contracts, manage key customer relationships, and maintain C-suite level engagement.
Drive brand positioning and thought leadership in oil filtration technology.
Team & Operational Excellence
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing
sales and marketing team
with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Implement robust CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline management for accurate reporting.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Communication
Oversee
digital and offline marketing campaigns
, industrial exhibitions, and product launches.
Strengthen brand presence through technical presentations, case studies, and customer education initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred; B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
07-15 years
of progressive sales & marketing leadership in heavy engineering, industrial machinery, or oil filtration systems.
Demonstrated track record of
large-ticket B2B sales
, preferably with PSU/large corporate clients.
Strong knowledge of AMC/ARC service business models.
Location & Travel
Base Location:
Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Travel:
Frequent travel across India for client visits, trade fairs, and strategic meetings.
