We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Professional in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector who can handle both online and offline sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
Manage distributor and retailer relationships across regions.
Plan and implement digital marketing activities (social media, online promotions, e-commerce).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Lead and train sales teams to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
10-15 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of both online and offline sales channels.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, online marketing tools, etc.).
Should be an all-rounder capable of handling multi-dimensional roles.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in both rural and urban market penetration.
Fluent in English and regional languages.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
