Job Role: Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for self-driven individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills to join our growing team. You will be responsible for customer acquisition, service promotion, partner onboarding, and territory-wise expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Promote and sell HandysCompany's prepaid membership plans to individual households and property owners.
Educate potential customers about zero-labour home service benefits.
Conduct door-to-door campaigns, apartment meetings, and local promotions.
Convert leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
Build and maintain a local referral network, including shopkeepers, students, delivery agents, and influencers.
Marketing & Promotion:
Organize and execute field marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, posters, stall setups, and society-level events.
Run digital campaigns using WhatsApp, SMS, and social media to attract customers and technicians.
Identify high-traffic residential and commercial areas for targeted promotion.
Assist in launching new cities or zones with branding, survey, and local engagement.
Partner Onboarding (Technicians):
Source and enroll qualified plumbers, electricians, appliance repair technicians, and cleaners in the service partner network.
Provide initial service guidelines, documentation, and app usage instructions.
Assist the HR and onboarding team with verification and training coordination.
Reporting & CRM Management:
Record and maintain accurate data for sales, leads, and technician sourcing.
Provide regular daily and weekly performance reports to area or zonal managers.
Use tools such as Google Sheets, CRM software, and company forms for operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or promotion is preferred
Must own a laptop and smartphone
Proficiency in Hindi or the local language; basic English is a plus
Comfortable with field visits, door-to-door sales, and daily travel
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle Google Forms/Sheets or CRM tools
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ?15,000 to ?35,000 per month (based on location and experience)
Membership Sales Incentives: ?100 to ?300 per conversion
Technician Onboarding Bonus: ?400 to ?500 per verified profile
Monthly and Quarterly Bonus for Target Achievement
