Plan and monitor regional sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
2. Channel Development & Dealer Network
Build and manage
distributor/dealer networks
for safety products.
Conduct regular dealer reviews, product trainings, and performance evaluations.
Drive channel expansion into new geographies.
3. Key Account Management
Identify and acquire key corporate accounts (Factories, EPC Contractors, OEMs).
Maintain strong relationships with purchase heads, safety officers, and decision makers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
4. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of
Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers
.
Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure training and motivation.
Conduct joint sales calls, field visits, and performance tracking.
5. Market Research & Product Positioning
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to product development and management teams for new product launches.
Ensure effective brand positioning in the market.
6. Customer Relationship & Service Support
Address customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support issues.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and service teams for timely order execution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM/sales reports, forecasting sheets, and MIS dashboards.
Prepare monthly business reviews, sales presentations, and territory reports.
