Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' proven experience in sales management within the jewellery industry.
Strong knowledge of jewellery products--metals, gemstones, design styles, quality standards.
Excellent leadership, team-building and people management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, with ability to build long-lasting relationships.
Handles pressure well; results oriented.
Age: Preferably 30 years or above to ensure maturity and experience.
Computer literacy: MS Office, point-of-sale (POS) / CRM / inventory software familiarity.
